Newport, RI, (April 2011) - George Wardwell, Regional President, New England Navy League, announced Wednesday 27 April 2011, of the appointment of Charles J. Wagner as President of the Portsmouth Council of the Navy League.

Mr. Wagner is picking up the reins from Mr. Bruce Clark, who is unable to complete his current term due to illness.

Our proprietary spectrum controlled RGB LED LCD screen backlighting technology developed ten years ago continues to uniquely meet the needs of true NVIS compatibility as well as other specialty controlled screen emission modes of operation.
