ACCS® and ALS® Communication and Control System

ACCS® and ALS® provide a comprehensive, ship and enterprise wide integrated control and monitoring system capability, incorporating all the required elements of a mature system: a complete qualified hardware suite, software suite, documentation, training courses, and support infrastructure. Our equipment and software include an ABS compliant network system architecture for control systems on ships, a selection of RGB spectrum controlled backlit touch screen control panels, battery backed up network switches, RS485 multi-drop communication interface units with patented fault tolerant loss of string prevention technology, electrical motor controllers, equipment switch controllers, position sensors, incandescent and LED lighting drivers, a complete set of software application programs, Graphical User Interfaces and technical documentation.

ACCS® and ALS® system technology is scalable, highly flexible, and platform and mission independent, and is able to be tailored without programming utilizing embedded configuration management software.

ACCS® and ALS® system technology addressing architecture allows the ship naval architect, shipbuilder, and ship’s crew the ability to easily and readily configure, troubleshoot, and manage all monitored and controlled equipment.

ACCS® and ALS® system technology addressing architecture is constructed to allow any device that is a part of the control to be assigned to any Super Group, Group, Sub-Group, or as an individual element. This architecture provides the shipbuilder significant ease of installation, the operator fast response to multiple diverse elements, and the configuration manager ease in adapting to changing and augmented functions during the life of the vessel.

ACCS® and ALS® system technology communication networks easily integrate into the ship or enterprise. Our network technologies enable the controlled technology to be monitored and controlled from any location of choice, and can be fully integrated into an installed enterprise wide network, or installed as a stand-alone network.

ACCS® and ALS® system technology can provide command, control, and monitoring of native (C3I supplied) or non-native (other vendor supplied) equipment.

ACCS® and ALS® system technology is currently supplied to the US Navy for control of navigation lights, personnel safety barriers, flight deck visual landing aides including deck lighting, glide slope indicators, very large screen displays, boat launch and recovery lighting, ships interior lighting, robotic firefighting systems, and fuel quality monitors for aircraft and main engines.

ACCS® and ALS® system technology has been delivered to the USS Sea Fighter (FSF-1), to the Littoral Combat Ship Program, to the DDG 1000 program, and to the Eglin Air Force Base for the Joint Strike Fighter Flight Deck Training Field.

ACCS® and ALS® system technology has been selected for the control of super yacht machinery, launch and recovery, and navigation systems.
